Food, fun, family and more food. The essence of the Agnew Reunion. Our family was on the game committee so it was up to us to rouse the crowds into action. The kids loved searching for money in a mound of sawdust followed by an exciting candy hunt through the woods.
Perhaps the most successful game of the day was the balloon bust which entails tying a balloon to your ankle and trying to pop other balloons while keeping yours intact. The adults could not resist and had to get in on the action. James Cataldi (husband to Sarah Beswick) took the top prize for adults.
The balloon bust was followed by a sack race and then the annual egg toss. We did experience a brief rain shower around dinner time, but it did nothing to dampen our spirits. The girls had an amazing day full of popsicles, rides on the merry-go-round, and lots of hugs from the aunts. Brendan was also a huge hit with the extended family, and Grandma enjoyed showing off her first grandson. More pictures of the weekend will follow!

This looks like a lot of fun.
